Returns policy

Gardens of Elegance aims to deliver bespoke garden design and landscaping services tailored to each client; as such, physical goods supplied (for example, plants, furnishings and materials) may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, subject to inspection and any applicable restocking fee. Bespoke or personalised items, perishable goods (such as planted specimens), and completed design or installation services are non-returnable, though we will work to resolve any issues through repair, replacement or remedial works where reasonable and appropriate. To initiate a return, please notify us in writing with your order details and reason for return; customers are responsible for return carriage unless the item was supplied in error, was found to be faulty on arrival or an alternative arrangement has been agreed. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection, credited to the original payment method less any agreed deductions or reasonable handling costs. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
